Deletion Process

To request the deletion of all your data from our systems, please send a message to our WhatsApp number with the exact phrase:

Our system will automatically detect this message and initiate the deletion process. Please note that this action is irreversible.

What Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete the following information associated with your phone number:

Your user profile, including name, phone number, and avatar.
All extracted details such as gender, age, location, and dating preferences.
The full history of your conversations with Aya.
Any generated psychological profiles or summaries.

Confirmation

Once the deletion is complete, you will receive a final confirmation message on WhatsApp. After this, you will no longer be able to use our service unless you start a new conversation as a new user.
